The Law on Utilities determines that the Assembly of a Local Government should determine by Decision procedures for conducting an evaluation regarding the users satisfaction with the quality of utilities, which, in essence, is a declaration of users on satisfaction with the quality of services provided. This provision of the law was introduced by the amendments from 2016 and represents a new obligation for Local Government and Public Utility Companies. For that reason, conducting the survey represents a new experience for both Local Government and Utility Companies, as well as for the citizens themselves as utility users.
The aim of this methodology is to present to Local Government officials and employees of Public Utility Companies (PUCs) a step-by-step procedure of conducting customer satisfaction surveys regarding the quality of utilities.
In behalf of the City of Kruševac, the event was attended by Assistant Mayor for Ecology, Energy and Sustainable Development Ms Olivera Drenovac, with associates from the City Administration, PUC "Vodovod-Kruševac" and PUC "Kruševac".
